Turnkey project for the construction and rehabilitation of ten 115 kV overhead power lines in the Central Area for a total length of 112 km.
The engineering activities were carried out by our technicians in Italy and the pylons, manufactured in collaboration with theConsorzioEuropa 2000 company, were tested at our Tower Testteststation in Livorno.
In January and February 2001, two strong earthquakes hit the area, damaging the foundations of some lines. However, the project was completed in a workmanlikemanner and to the Customer’s full satisfaction.
Supervision of the works was carried out by the HARZA Engineering Company, USA.
