Three-room apartment with terrace

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and consists of an independent entrance on the first floor, large living room with kitchen, two bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds), bathroom with shower and lake view terrace of 70 sq.m equipped with Sun beds, umbrellas and shower.

FACILITIES

Air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, clotheshorse, brooms, detergents and recycling waste bins. The kitchens are equipped with dishes, glasses, and utensils, refrigerator, dishwasher, induction plates, oven, microwave, toaster, American coffee maker and electric kettle.
Covered parking.
Our clients can enjoy  the large swimming pool with panoramic view over the lake and the landscaped garden.

Small pets are welcome on request – 100.00 euros per stay (additional cleaning charge)
Payment terms: advance deposit by bank transfer and balance only with credit cards: Visa or
MasterCard, to be paid on the day of arrival
Check-in: from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Check-out: by 10 a.m.
Minimum stay 7 nights – arrivals/departures on Saturdays
Extra change of bed linen: €5.00 per person
Extra change of towels: €5 per person
